In Win10, I used openshell to do that trick (extended settings allows one to change hover behaviour). Now I tried this in Win11 and after a hover the win11 startmenu is opened and there is no option (not surprisingly) do start another startmenu. There is an option to start a custom command when hovering, perhaps there is some call to start11 that I could use there? I am aware that here two programs try to do the same and get into their way. But openshell can to that hover auto open, s
