Thank you for the previous suggestion. I tried it, and it led to some interesting results. I managed to get the default Windows 11 taskbar running with the Start11 menu after a full reinstall, and it did indeed fix the animation delay. The taskbar is now instant. Unfortunately, this has brought back another problem. With this setup, whenever I press the Windows key, the Start Menu appears on my secondary monitor, not my main one. Great, thank you Basj. I will patiently wait for the team's review. In the meantime, is there a way to use the Start11 menu but revert to the default Windows 11 taskbar? My theory is that this combination would remove the animation delay entirely. On a high-performance system, the Start11 menu is instant, so the taskbar's slight animation delay becomes very noticeable. Any guidance on achieving this setup would be appreciated.

Hello, I would also like to turn OFF the animation of the taskbar autohide, because is annoying for the menu to pop up faster than the taskbar, when the start11 option to disable animations is toggled on - this is a design flaw.
