i finally got it to work with the serial number, i had to run as administrator deskscape 11 application file and then it worked. ok see you guys later.

Hello, ive purchased deskscape 11 and tried to activate it several different ways and nothing is working. i have uninstalled the trial version and installed the version from my stardock account still has the same error code, when i try to activate via account it still has the same -212 error code, i did try the run command %ProgramData%\Stardock\ delete and it did not work also. i think i need them to select offline file but i don't know how to get them to send me the file? I'm using win
