This is an example of the error in start11; when I am in the native windows 11 this icon is visible on the left pane plus I am able to see the icon in the Right window pain

all of the icons work in windows 11, including 3rd party icons without Start11. The issue is only with start11, the windows programs e.g. note, the microsoft store, edge etc do show up in start11 menu, but there is no 3rd party icons e.g Freecad. Substance painter, xara, thunderbird etc

I removed the program, on the win 10 start menu of start11, the left pane does not show the 3rd party icons, e.g Freecad does not have an icon plus in the right pane there is no icon, some 3rd icons had a placeholder but after reinstalling there are no placeholders. Besides that the program is not installed now, when I can see the menu it disappears when I use another app. Interesting win 11 shows all icons including 3rd party programs. Window program icons are present. Thanks J

I have not uninstall Start11. However I have discovered that my account is corrupted. I made a new admin account and the right button now works.

I installed the beta version. The right click button problem persist. The problem only occurs with app or program icons on the desktop and start11 menu. The right click menu works on files on the desktop. I have updated windows with the repair method that keeps apps and files. It did not fix the issue.

The start11 is running; but I am unable to use the right click button to see the menu on desktop app icons and within the start 11 app icon menu as well.

I made a new admin account, but when I try to run the start bat, the computer ask for a password and won't let me type it in; I went to Microsoft win help site, and they gave me 3 methos but each one requires a password. So I am stuck again.

No, It was done with the admin account on the system. There is only one admin account. Jim

Hi Basj I have completed the steps above, the problem persist. Window version: 23H2 (OS Build 22631.5335 Start11 version 2.51 I am also communicating with Logitech, and so far there is no indication that mouse is the issue. Please advise, Jim

I am unable to use Right click on my desktop and with the Start menu. When I use the right click I get a moving circle. The Right click works in Firefox, edge Apps. Also if I disable the start menu the right click now worls. I can reset the Right click circle by restarting explorer in the task manager, but the same failure occurs if I use the Right click again.
