Hi again, Sorry it took so long to get back about this, I was in the middle of a project that had to be finished before I could mess around with uninstalls and reinstalls. Alas, doing those steps resulted in no change, the OneDrive menu still pops up underneath the vertical-left-side taskbar. Don't know what else to try, especially since you were unable to see the problem yourself. It returns me to my initial annoyance that MS took taskbar repositioning out of

Well that's good in a way, I'd rather have it be something that I might be able to fix without having to wait for an update. It will be a couple of days before I can do this but I will reply here as soon as I do, thank you. I would add the step "save your settings first" before doing the uninstall... ;-)

Hi. I just did the Start11 2.55 update. I have my taskbar set vertically on the left, and I normally use a second monitor positioned to the left of the main display (I have confirmed that this problem occurs whether the 2nd monitor is in use or unplugged).
