Although I dont think you'd have to get rid of the Primary computer dynamic completely (afterall it does make sense in Seamless mode!), just simply allow Secondary computers (or other Primary computers) to connect to it in KVM mode. So the licencing could still all be tied to the one main Primary computer. No other remote control software like TeamViewer, AnyDesk or LogMeIn etc has this sort of set up, you can just simply connect to or receive connections from any computer you've added.
