I purchased a copy of Ashampoo Driver update this year april 2020. While trying to install it Windows Defenders recognizes it as virus threats and installation is blocked. What can I do to fix this problem?

I just purchased DeskScapes this past Wednesday (01/04/2012). So far I like it, but when trying to download animated wallpapers I am only allowed three downloads before I get the message that "You are currently at your download limit". (109790667 / 52428800) Why is this so?
