I haven't had that problem (yet - this year) Do you have Stardock Central the browser, download manager, etc? If not go get it: https://www.stardock.com/products/sdcentral/ Try uninstalling WB, reboot, download and install SDC, register product(s), then use SDC to download & install WB. If you're using SDC already, try: use SDC to uninstall WB, reboot, reinstall via SDC

Try uninstalling, rebooting. Go get SDC: Link and install it. Register your serial in SDC (can find the option in tools or click the register on the bottom right corner), then download and install IP. Using SDC also allows you to archive what you have installed when you update. Which can be useful.

Are you doing a normal download and install (via IE, or FF or other) or are you using Stardock Central (SDC) browser?

No help, just a suggestion...try editing the title to something along: Help -Think Desk = Can't Connect might get more attention

Is that the free or plus version? I use the free & don't have that issue. Haven't seen any other posts on it either. Maybe a clean reinstall (with a clearing of the cache)?

Have you read "skinningthedock.txt" in the OD directory? As far as I can tell, it's not included with the free dock. At least not with mine nor apparently Talmand's.

did you have a cracked one prior to paid? if so, are you sure you removed all traces first? did you have a trial one prior to paid? if so, was it completely uninstalled first?

429mb? That can't be right. But I can't check mine (free) since it doesn't show up in add/remove. My Stardock folder is 885mb but that's the full ODNT with all the skins and themes and archives and such.

are you installing then registering WB via WB splash/popup/whatever it's called? is so... try registering through SDC...prior to installing - if you bought separate components then register separately - if you bought the ODNT package, just register that - you can get to the register through the botton right corner of SDC (registration info - just click it) or through 'tools' When I installed (ODNT) I didn't have to register o

Standalone - followed a link, downloaded and installed via normal browser SDC - StarDock Central = browser/downloader/updater/etc = you show as a current customer, so I'm now guessing you have and used the SDC browser, yes?

Please remember the 64 bit XP needs a 64 bit version of wbsrv which will explain the differences in dates. I remember. I was comparing his, mine and the History. Wondering: if there are updates that only affect the 64 bit - do only those with 64 bit get a notification in SDC? And

I could be wrong (probably am) but, as far as I can tell the toolbars aren't in a separate folder. So, I'm thinking that window in WB configuration is just accessing and showing the toolbar files within the skins' folder. You can go into the folders and open the the toolbar folder and then compare one at a time to the tool bar list to figure it out, but is it really worth the effort? I have 14 default toolbar glyphs - not counting the defa

Wouldn't it be easier to set your mail at your ISP (or wherever your mail is)? I have all my mail addresses set that way. If the sender isn't in my address book - off to the spam folder - then I use my mail client to only pull in from my inbox. Which seems to work for 3 out of 4 accounts.

logging on via.....WC Browser, SDC Brower, IE, FF, other? separate user (computer) accounts? or just one big happy logon to the system? via WC Browser or SDC - if you have separate users and wre ever on her side, did you go to WC from there? (I do it once in a while when my wife is doing something and I don't want to disconnect her {dial up}) - if you have, maybe your password got mixed with her user name. Try bla
