Not all Windowblinds skins come with icons or wallpaper - but if they do, follow Zubaz's instruction to get Icon Packager for changing icons. For the icons and the wallpapers (if included), open WB configuration (right click the systray icon) and go through the settings. You'll see one to check to use icons (icon packager required) and one to check to apply a wall paper if supplied with the skin.

Open WB configuration (right click the tray icon) - per applications on the left - add application - browse to the yahoo exe and add it to be excluded

right click the desktop > arrange icons by > uncheck 'show desktop icons'

Just curious - if you don't never download any of that software - why are you requesting help in a forum set up for that software? The above link you posted and Corky_O's reply #29 (steps 1 & 2) and the reply in #32 covers most issues concerning "can't change" wallpaper when WB or DTX are not involved
