HoS - via SDC - have seen some posts where installed, rebooted, open SDC, still shows update, install that, reboot = now works I don't have Vists - can't test If that fails, try: download new straght to archive. after downloaded, uninstall old (archive 1st if you want to keep it just in case), reboot, use SDC to restore 'new archive', reboot

try dragging the icon off the dock and letting it go, then add a new one it shouldn't turn off, but may temporarily disappear the way I understand it, show the desktop overlays a mask of the background - there's a setting in OD to not do anything to OD when show the deskop or winky+d is clicked/pressed
I reckon you'd be asking for trouble unless you were running the identical .exe in each case.
Does OD+ have a different Vista version?
I could go Direct PC and that's it. I live in the country and wouldn't have it any other way.
6-7 miles from city limit 2+ mi down gravel county round 1/2 mi driveway have various hilly areas surrounding = dead zones = no cell signal cost me way more than enough just to bring in 1/2 mile of phone lines. only option for highspeed is satellite - not sure it's worth it & I like my trees. Still looking into it though.... most I've checked

try the uninstall 1st to see if the partial 6 gets removed for the other: not sure if I followed what you did... here's what I did: right clicked on WB6 (will be a beta if you have 'show prerelease' checked down at the bottom of SDC) and chose the option to download and archive - so SDC downloaded straight to archive. uninstalled the version I was running - rebooted - then opened SDC to restore previous archive - picked the new one, restored, rebooted

Bear in mind, Object Desktop is not a program per se, it's a suite of the individual programs. Once you follow the above advice & then have the programs installed - you can use ThemeManager to apply theme suites 'all at once' The email link should have included a link to get Stardock Central recap: uninstall all trial version and any/all version screaming 'buy' reboot as needed - with one more when don

no, I don't think the run dll as an app error is normal I've had WB set to use windows default luna - unloaded wb - rebooted luna loads, no systray icon for wb - right click desktop - go into props - click wb button and it opens config do a search at WC forums (i have no access to them from here) for 'run dll' / 'dll' / etc and you will find some other previous (also pre 6) posts - maybe an answer/workaround there
