I was just about to make this thread. I just played a game (since closed beta) and other than 2 new demigods i have noticed 0 extra features / items / maps etc. Excluding backend improvements, is there anything i should be looking out for in regards to content since 2 years ago?

If Stardock had the rights for Master of Magic, which aspects of MoM would you like to see directly implemented into the game? or which aspects of Elemental would you like to see lean more towards those of MoM instead of a newer and maybe less impressive version. I'm curious as to what Stardock would have done different if they owned the rights to Master of Magic, obviously other than the naming convention of the units and spells etc. Would the game be much different if they were able

After 2 months, things here have only gotten worse. The developers need to work on a long term recovery plan (perhaps by the 1 year deadline) and completely overhaul the game, with massive content, connectivity support, new game modes etc. Much like Age of Conan have just done, they understood that their release was poor and unfinished and set a long term plan to revamp the entire product and then sent out free trials to former and prospective members once they are actually satisfied

Sounds to me you're making the argument that we should just cut bait and move on.[/quote] That is a very good idea. It may be embarassing for the Demigod community but if more resources can be implemented into both SupCom2 and Elemental at the expense of Demigod i will vote 100% for it. I doubt both GPG and Stardock would want their next upcoming games to hav

From earlier beta's i could tell that the direction they are taking for this game will result it in being boring very quickly, especially for experienced RTS and RPG gamers. Now i pretty much play once or twice a week and it is mildly entertaining for those sessions. My suggestion is just to play less, play other games, then come back to this once in a while. It is not really worth buying a game just to play it once in a while and still not enjoy it much but i guess that's the gamble we take

Firstly, i think Seela? Sila? Sedna's tiger is the cutest thing in the game. Definately keeps me picking Sedna over and over again, well other then the lack of other main healing options. Tiger so cute! I always stare at it on the character select page. /cuddle Onto the main point: I think a Healing Done stat should be represented on the end of game stats next to Damage Done because it is an important aspect of the game. This could include healing done by the active m

The kind of people you draw into the community is based on the product you are selling and to whom you market the product to. This community is a result of Demigod, not the other way around. There will always be idiots in online communities but it's also dependant on the game and how much people actually enjoy the game. Drama and flaming in communities works fine when it's based around competitive gaming etc, but Demigod has none of this which means most of the disappointment, anger, drama an

The problem is these so called 3 week "professional" Demigod players know they will lose a game because they died twice in the first 10 minutes.

I have yet to play a game of Demigod online that did not involve either my teammates rage quitting or the opposing team rage quitting. Personally i do not care if i am doing particularly bad in a single game, i just want to play the game to the end. Hell, after waiting 20 minutes to find one game people should realise that it's more worthwhile just to finish the current one they are in. Now it is quite amuzing to me to see so many rage quitters in this community so soon after the game
