Thanks, that did the trick. That setting had eluded me 👍

I have recently started using Start11 again. I miss my Windows 10 start menu. I now have an OLED display, and would like to protect it as much as possible. One of the measures I use, is a hidden taskbar. However after installing Start11 v2 - most recent version. When the taskbar pis hidden, there is a small 1-2 pixels of the taskbar visible at the bottom of the screen. I know it is not a deal breaker, but would like if the taskbar was just completely hidden. I have tri
Just to clarify then. Those of us who bought Start11 do NOT get the update to v2? btw. Anyone know what wallpapers they used for the demo images, they look nice!
Hello That is the Windows 11 style menu, but I keep it very close to stock. I actually just use it to get complete control over which of my "recent" files are shown. Reinstalling the app did the trick. Thanks for your help.
Hi A new bug seems to have appeared here. I am missing the shortcuts in the Shortcut links section of the Windows 11 style start menu. See attached screenshot. I have tried adding and removing some shortcuts, but they just refuse to show up. I did have an update (from 1.45 to 1.46). The update and restart of my PC did not resolve the issue
I was hoping this post would get the attention of the developers, so they might work on it. Also, I have several other PCs running the apps without problem, this is the first I have encountered with a problem.
Hi I recently got a new laptop, did a clean install of Windows 11, and then installed Start11, and RoundedTB. If I run Start11 first, and then RoundedTB, my taskbar refuses to remove the blank areas. RoundedTB does nothing. If I then run RoundedTB first, and the Start11, my taskbar does get the blank areas removed, but gets an extra half height black border. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/71/19/7119606/c61a1c6c-ae4a-492b-ada9-afbf9590de27.png" alt=""
Yep, can confirm that pinning from Search does work correctly. However it won't work with the Windows 11 search, I have to use Start11 search. Which I normally do not do.
I pinned Excel from the Start11 start menu. As seen from the screenshot attached. Where it can also be seen that Start11 does see the recent used files, it just doesn't bring them over to the actual start menu. Also for some reason, even though it is pinned, it still says Pin to Start11 (I am in the process of translating it do Danish, following the instructions from the forum post about it.) <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/71/19/7119606/f67b7ea6-1974-4642-a94
It is on freshly installed system. I just did a clean install of windows 11 two weeks ago. Same problem on my laptop.
When I right click Excel in the taskbar, I have all my recent files listed in the jump list. The setting has never been turned off. It is the same problem on my latop (win11) and my work laptop (win10).
I am now running 1.2, but the issue still persists.
Many thanks 👀
I am using 1.11
I am using Start11 on a freshly installed Windows 11 system. All updates run on Win11 and Start11. Not beta software. For some reason, the most recent files I open in Word and Excel will not show up in the start menu. I am using the modern style in Grid view. The tiny arrow that should appear next to either Excel or Word is not showing, and thus my recent files are not showing. My work PC with Windows 10, is doing the same, but I just thought it was bec
