Not working with RoundedTB

Hi

I recently got a new laptop, did a clean install of Windows 11, and then installed Start11, and RoundedTB.

If I run Start11 first, and then RoundedTB, my taskbar refuses to remove the blank areas. RoundedTB does nothing.

If I then run RoundedTB first, and the Start11, my taskbar does get the blank areas removed, but gets an extra half height black border.

Also when this happens, and I maximize a window, it does not go all the way down to the taskbar, but stops above the taskbar. The black part is my browser (FireFox) maximized.

I run with the same set of apps on multiple PCs, and this is the only PC that does it.

It seems both Start11 and RoundedTB wants to have exclusive control over the taskbar.

I do not use the enhanced taskbar offered by Start11, and I have not touched a single setting in the taskbar menu of Start11.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I do believe, these two products are conflicting which each other. You will need to choose which of it you prefer to have.

Thanks

I was hoping this post would get the attention of the developers, so they might work on it.

Also, I have several other PCs running the apps without problem, this is the first I have encountered with a problem.

I am also having this same problem with RoundedTB and Start11 ever since one of the updates for StartMenu11 happened back in early March

I never use the taskbar options in StartMenu11 and for some reason it seems there is no way to disable just those features at all and it does appear to interfere with what RoundedTB is trying to do.

Recent updates to RoundedTB, when using Dynamic Mode will only remove the left side of my taskbar. I can uncheck the option Show System Tray (Win+F2) and it will remove the right side and the tasktray but if i use the Win+F2 option, the right side and tray show again. Not sure of this is caused because of Windows or because of the conflict between RoundedTB and StartMenu11.

Hope this gains some traction with Stardock to maybe give us the option to completely remove or disable the taskbar options in Menu11
