Is there any update on this issue? Even after doing everything mentioned, I am unable to run Fences on my computer.

We are using Quick Heal Total Security Anti virus.

I have installed Fences. When I run Fences, I keep getting a pop up Fences does not appear to be loaded. You may need to reinstall Fences. I tried reinstalling. But the same message keeps appearing. I am using Windows 10 64 bit.
