will there be a soundpackager 11 at least that does have full support?

Hi, I wanted to make my windows sounds more like win7 since the win11 ones are pretty boring, it all works fine aside from the fact that when I set the application open sound it works, up until I either restart windows or reload the pack it quite literally does not save that sound for whatever reason, thank you.
