Thank you. It turns out that disabling Desktop Pages brought back the missing fence. I have two monitors but did not see the second fence on either monitor. Where else can I find the fence if Desktop Pages was enabled once again?

I created two fences. One fence is on the vertical right side of the desktop. The second fence is on the vertical left side of the desktop. The fence on the left side of the desktop has disappeared. The fence on the right side of the desktop continues to work as I see the title at the top of my screen. When I disable Fences, the icons that the missing fence (the one of the left) appear. How can I have the missing fence re-appear on the desktop? I am running Windows 10.
Thank you Basj, I appreciate your help. This appears to have fixed the issue. Do you know what caused the issue in the first place?
I have two fences on my desktop. One of the fences lost its label and I am not able to have the label return. When I create a new fence, the new label does not appear either. How can I fix this? Running Windows 10 64-bit Pro Version 20H2.
Basj, thanks, that's great. Also, are there any plans to enter the CMYK or RGB value for a color?
The background color for a Fences label is black. How can I change the background color?
