Fences Label Disappears On Existing Fences And Cannot Create New Label On New Fences

I have two fences on my desktop. One of the fences lost its label and I am not able to have the label return. When I create a new fence, the new label does not appear either.

 

How can I fix this?

 

Running Windows 10 64-bit Pro Version 20H2.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Thank you Basj, I appreciate your help. This appears to have fixed the issue. Do you know what caused the issue in the first place?

Not really sure on what happened on your system. But, if I remember correctly, this was the first time I see such issue.
