Hi so I was able to download the program but only by blocking Groupy so I was wondering if I could receive a 10 dollar refund because I cannot use those other functions. Furthermore, I truly didn't mean to purchase anything more than Fences, to begin with. Sincerely Xavier

Hi, I recently purchased your package for Fences and Groups as well as other applications. I only meant to buy Fences but for some reason I was charged 19.99. which is ok because I am receiving all the functions but I cannot download the program. Could you help me out either with a download solution or a refund.
