Is there some alternative to ClassicShell which includes Windows XP and 7 start style?

I have an issue that WB somehow doesn't skin the taskbar, but still skins tabs of open programs. I've disabled customized taskbar in Classic shell settings, but WB still dosen't skin the taskbar. Every time i log into my pc the customized taskbar appears but then dissapears when rest of the desktop starts loading. It's very weird behaviour.
