Thanks for all your suggestions, I finally found the source of the problem. I use DisplayFusion wallpaper manager and it apparently defaults to showing the Win8 Menu screen in a smaller window - neat! . . but annoying (to me). I unchecked that choice and I have my full screen Win8 Menu. I appreciate your help.

Thanks for your response. No, it didn't work . . . I am attaching a screen shot of my Start8 configuration and screen after the WinKey has been clicked. Note that the Win8 Menu screen is 'windowed' with no apparent way to have it display full screen. Cheers, Dave <img src="data:image/jpeg;base64,/9j/4AAQSkZJRgABAQEAYABgAAD//gAfTEVBRCBUZWNobm9sb2dpZXMgSW5jLiBWMS4wMQD/2wBDAAQDAwMDAgQDAwMEBAQFBgoGBgUFBgwICQcKDgwPDg4MDQ0PERYTDxAVEQ0NExoTFRcYGRkZDxIbHRsY

I hope the answer isn't too obvious to this question but I'm getting frustrated. I am using Start8 1.16 and have set the WinKey to show the Windows 8 menu. The frustrating part is that it used to open the menu full screen and now opens a windowed version lower left monitor. Am I missing a setting somewhere? Thanks
