So I purchased CursorFX plus on August 2019 and I checked that there's a new update available so I downloaded it. It then notify me to uninstall the old version first so I did that and restart. After that I installed the new update (V 4.0) and attempted to use my product key to activate it but even though my credentials are all correct it wont let me activate.
