Some Fences Missing after Reboot or Log Off and On in Fences Stardock Forums

Hi, Running Fences 3.0.9.11 on Windows 10/64. I have been using Fences for years w/o any major issues. But- a while back (and no, I do not recall specifically when...) one or two Fences and the icons contained within will not display after I reboot or log off and back on. If I double click twice to make all fences dissapear and re-appear they are all there. Or if I right click and drag to create a new fence in the area one of the missing fences is supposed to
