Folks: Version 2.0.0.0.2 has fixed the problems with the Quick Start items, vis "Universal Applications" & "Windows Tools" not working, but has introduced a new makor problem, Conficuration in v 2.0.0.2 is almost un responsive, takes minutes to open, is buggy, tends to cause "video instability" in the settings window, you can't drag items around to re-order them, locks up, and becomes "not responding". Just updated to Start11v2 from v1.47.3. configured to "Modern w/o Icon", Win11 22H2, 22621.2506 on the "Quick access" side of the start menu both "Universal Applications" and "Windows Tools" now indicate "Access Denied", and are locked into "Display as menu" "Display as link" has disappared, they worked perfectly under v1.47. Both work perfectly on the LHS of the Menu (All Programs) under v1.47.3 and v2.0.
Further info wrt Item 1) I believe it is a problem with Start11 versions greater than 1.25 and Win11 22H2. Please note that this does not occur when running Start11 together with ExplorerPatcher under windows11 21H2. Should have indicated this earlier. Its an effect of 22H2 not EP.
Folks I have acouple of ongoing problems with all released versions of Start 11 later than 1.25, (i.e. 1.30, 1.31, 1.35, 1.36) running under windows11 pro 22H2 (version 22621.819 or 22621.900). Problems are as follows: 1) Adjusting the Taskbar Transparency does not work properly (all versions including 1.25 when running under windows11 22H2), I use (Explorer Patcher (ver 22621.819.52.2) to give me custom "Toolbar Groups" on the taskbar, as I hate the win10/win11 "boxy" s
Done, No Difference. Please understand that I did not expect these folders to have any content as there are no items in my startup directory in Windows10, and as I had customized the menu structure in Windows long prior to installing Start10, I was not expecting anything to appear in the "Maintenance" folder. I was simply inquiring if it was possible to suppress showing of these folders similar to what is available for the "Hide Universal applications from the Windows 7 style
I am running Start 10, v1.91 The "Maintenance" and "Startup" folders are always empty on my system, is there some way of causing them to not be displayed?
