It seems other people have had this problem, but it's fixed itself after a short time. I've had the game for over a month now, and have never been able to play anything other than the tutorials. Any ideas?
I recently got this game on the Epic store, but when I try to play the Campaign, all my options are greyed out saying "Requires purchase of the base game". Multiplayer is also greyed out, saying "You must be logged onto Epic in order to play multiplayer". I own the game and am connected, but have not be able to get it to work. I've tried restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling in different locations, and haven't seen any connection errors in the Epic troubleshooting page.
I'm having the exact same problem. The single player campaign says "requires purchase of the base game" and multiplayer says "must be connected to Epic".
