Basj, I can log into my account, as you can see, I am able to your message, proving that my e-mail address and password are fully functional. But I consistently do not receive the 30 day trial code in my email to start the trial. If I can receive your e-mail why can I not receive the trial code? RThomas18

I can not get the trial Multiplicity to function. I am able to get into my newly created account but your system says, "Your e-mail has mot yet been verified. Please click the activate link in the verification email before proceeding." But I did click the link and I was accepted into my account and I saw the "Your account has been verified" notice. But I have no clue as to how to start the 30 day trial. Following the video does not help as it does not address my issue. Can you assist
