For your info I have justre-installed AnyDesk (was in this computer before resetting it) and it works with absolutely no problems at all. Unless the installation of Multiplicity works flawlessly without me having to do a lot of troubleshooting on the computer, I am going to stay with AnyDesk, just to waste less time.
1. Try deleting the Multiplicity install from your download folders and going to your account page to download a new copy and install it. My answers in bold below: 1. <a style="color: #014b8a; text-decoration-line: none; border-bo
Basj, I followed your suggestion to no avail. It again popped up a window after installation (that I presume did not finish sucessfully) saying: Multiplicity does not appear to be fully installed on this computer. Would you like to install it? I said no this time. And after a reboot, I clicked on Multiplicity icon on the Apps but it opened the same window. If I say yes, it does not install.
I have been trying to install Multiplicity 4 on a second computer with the idea of trying it on two computers but it does not install. On the first computer there were no problems but on this second one once it finishes installation a windows opens saying: Multiplicity does not appear to be fully installed on this computer. Would you like to install it? I accept the installation but it closes and does not initiate any reinstallation. Aboslutely nothing happens.
