Also- having uninstalled WindowBlinds, the problem with the taskbar resolved immediately. Definitely WindowBlinds was the sole cause of the frozen and inaccessible taskbar. The November update has so far cost me over an hour in downtime.
I also tried running the installer from an elevated command prompt. Same result.
I ran the uninstaller, but now Window Blinds refuses to install:
I am getting endless errors attempting to uninstall the product, since it disables my taskbar in Windows 10. See attached screenshot.
After my PC goes to low-power state, the taskbar becomes unusable and keyboard only registers ctrl-alt-del and allows alt-tab. This means Windows Start button and all taskbar icons are inaccessible until a reboot. I am using the Dark Mode by Vad_M. The problem only arose after the 11-29-2019 update. Is there a known bug?

I have been running WindowBlinds and Qbittorrent together for a long time in Windows 10 Pro, and I have noticed that after QB has been running for a long while, something as simple as a mouse click in the program can crash it, and there is an Error for WindowBlinds posted in the Windows Event Manager. I was wondering if there might be a workaround or patch forthcoming in WindowsBlinds. I use the Darkness theme.
