Do you have the "translucent fence backgrounds" option enabled? It doesn't seem to have this issue without it. If you do, perhaps its an issue with Windows LTSC instead. It's likely missing some compatibility options or something.
Simple bug report. I'm using Rainmeter to update my wallpaper using the `!SetWallpaper` function. Fences does not correctly update the translucent image on update.
