just tried the purge and the problem is still there. the problem is in the program it self i believe cause fences 2 didn't have this problem , i think the problem is in the new features like rolling fences and the ability to explore the folder structure though folder portals, these made the program much slower, fences 2 didn't have those features and it worked great.
-windows version is 1803 (OS build 17134.765) -no, the folder portals are all linked to local drives no network or cloud drives. -i did say in the post that i did try it already without the animated wallpaper and the issue is still there. *this problem didn't exist with fences 2 and i did have animated wallpaper working just fine with it, it only appeared with fences 3.
i purchased object desktop and installed all the apps and fences is so slow, flickery and glitchy, i have attached a video link showing the problem, my system is not slow , specs: 16gb ram core i5 6600 3.30GHz nvidia GTX 1080 windows 10 64bit OS is running on a separate SSD i had fences 2.0 and it was fine with the same setup , i didn't even reinstall windows i just removed o
