Problem solved - I uninstalled Start 11 and I'm using Windhawk. Everything works, no conflicts, and more options.

What difference does it make? I need to re-order.
I guess Stardock does not support taskbar thumbnail re-ordering. So I implemented Windhawk's re-ordering function. It works fine...unless Start 11 Enhance Taskbar is active. IDK about anyone else, but esp for Chrome, re-ordering is critical - does Start 11 support this? If not, can you address the conflict with Windhawk?
sorry, this is a public forum, pls pm me at my email on file.
What's going on? I submitted a request via the support link: - no response from Stardock - not even a confirmation email - and no way to access my ticket This is a joke, right?
Trying to get a Start 10 --> Start 11 upgrade. I have a valid license key and my original Start 10 order is listed in order history. From within Start 10 app, I'm prompted to upgrade: - enter a valid email - upgrade cost is calculated - select pay by cc, enter cc info - order rejected - select pay by paypal - order rejected Pls advise - this is a bit frustrating. Had a similar problem when I order my second licnese ea
Hi, Longtime Win 10 Taskbar Tweaker user. Just migrated to Win 11 with latest ver of Start 11. I need to re-arrange the order of the preview thumbnails (several apps have 5+ windows open). Taskbar Tweaker is no longer supported on Win 11. Does Start 11 by any chance have this feature, or have it in their roadmap? Thx!
a) Start 10 is set to start automatically in Services, but it wasn't replacing the Windows start button. b) I use Zone Alarm it's not blocking Start 10 nor have I changed any of the firewall settings in months. c) I tested my workaround (putting Start 10 in the startup folder) and it seemed to work. I'll monitor over the next few days. I don't know what to tell you. I think there's either a bug in Start 10 or MS is messing with anything that it deems an encroachment on
I figured out what the problem was: Start 10 was dropped from the Win Startup folder. Note that this occurred before I re-installed Start 10 and I never go near the startup folder, so I'm not sure what caused that to happen. It wouldn't surprise me if that's a Microsoft thing. Reinstall did not add Start 10 to the startup folder, but to answer your question, I didn't "purge" anything, although I didn't see any option other than uninstall. What is confusing is that I have Start
I don't know if you read my original post, but I already completely uninstalled / reinstalled Start 10 - it worked briefly, then stopped working. The only way to get Start 10 to work is to manually launch it with run as admin...
Mine are the same as your screenshot. And I haven't changed anything recently. This issue just started spontaneously....
