Start 10 Upgrade - order cannot be processed
Trying to get a Start 10 --> Start 11 upgrade. I have a valid license key and my original Start 10 order is listed in order history.
From within Start 10 app, I'm prompted to upgrade:
- enter a valid email
- upgrade cost is calculated
- select pay by cc, enter cc info
- order rejected
- select pay by paypal
- order rejected
Pls advise - this is a bit frustrating. Had a similar problem when I order my second licnese earlier this year.
