Sorry I meant to add I'm using Win 10 Ver 2004 Build 19041.172 and Fences 3.0.9.11

I wonder if some one can help me please I have three separate Fences on my home screen I thought there was a way to arrange the icons by how frequently they were used, with commonly used apps floating to the top and lesser ones sinking. I'm convinced I used to be able to do this or did I dream that? I have searched help & the forum but can't find or narrow the search enough, I have tried settings too. I would really appreciate any help or even a definitive 'It can't be don
