This was awesome to learn. Is the setting inside of Chrome or is it an anti-virus thing?

2 year old thread and no response.... Did we ever get this issue resolved? I am having the same issue as you are and it's quite frustrating when I bought this software to be productive and it just doesn't work properly. Thought it was a driver issue but there are no drivers to work with on the secondary computer that would affect the primary keyboard. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver on my primary but as was said before, that is a temporary solution as the issue comes back. Worst
