2 year old thread and no response.... Did we ever get this issue resolved? I am having the same issue as you are and it's quite frustrating when I bought this software to be productive and it just doesn't work properly. Thought it was a driver issue but there are no drivers to work with on the secondary computer that would affect the primary keyboard. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver on my primary but as was said before, that is a temporary solution as the issue comes back. Worst part is it will start to work all of a sudden and then when I switch in between computers again the issue comes back.

Thanks that's so weird!! I would have NEVER thought that Chrome would cause such an issue. Thank you for the quick response!

To be fair it isn't chrome, it is your AV package causing the issue.
