I tried to align manually but the icons moves on top of each other even though..

Hello, Recently I purchased a new 4k monitor and in order to see thing not so tiny, I personalized the monitor to have 150% scale and since than all my icons in the fences are not aligned. I tried to google this issue but didn't find and solution that works.
