Groupy tab bar overwrites MS Word 365 quick access toolbar MS office 365. Excel is ok

Groupy - Outlook I love groupy for excel and word but cannot get it to work with outlook. i have the ogroupy tabs shown but when i click new messeage, i get a new window, not a tab! i am sure its me but please help! tthanks david
