It runs much better on a new user admin account, but it has least amount of icons than my main windows admin account, so from what i can say, it has something to do with the amount of icons lying on my desktop right now. Thinking rebuilding everything from scratch might fix it but how can i do it? update: just tried transferring my desktop icons and folders to the new account, and it runs the same, slow and laggy. Gonna have to refund this. Feels bad, tho.
