Start11v2 is totally compatible with Windows 10, so if you install it on your Windows 10 PC, you can then turn on the option to sync your Windows menu with the Start11 menu. After your get things the way you want, you can back up your settings in the Start11 config app. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/28/6928565/f9578a3f-1c1f-4

Not really understanding these additions. Please add screen captures to show where these options reside. Adds in new option on appearance menu to let you pick if the background should use the selected color or not EDIT: Okay so I found "Do not paint a solid color background," but it doesn't work if you have a Background texture applied. Added a new option to make all apps / more buttons to only show on mouseover on
Essentially, Microsoft would like to target the same group of people that is willing to spend 1,200 dollars every two years on their smart phone just for a replacement battery and new operating system (bundled with unnecessary hardware). Fortunately, Microsoft has not had very much success going this route.
If I didn't know better?, I would say this amounts to a type of collusion between Microsoft, PC Manufacturer

You should try running the Windows Update troubleshooter, and see if you can now update.

False Alarm! Microsoft isn't actually removing support for Intel 8th, 9th, and 10th gen CPUs. The list that was published which dropped these CPUs was only for OEM manufacturers. Please give us your full Windows version (Use winver.exe for this info), and your full Start11 version. Thanks
If you are not using the Enhanced Taskbar, you can only apply a custom start button if the taskbar is Left aligned.
Check in this folder "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" and see if the Tracker Software apps are loose, or in a folder named Tracker Software. If they are loose, you can create a folder here and name it Tracker Software. Then drag all the PDF-Xchange apps into this folder. They should then appear in a folder in your All Apps list.
Congrats on your remission! [e digicons][/e]

If you are talking about a folder on your start menu that is set to "Open folder as a menu," and then right-clicking a folder in this folder to open, try clicking the folder and then shift-click the folder you want to open and see if that works.
Are you perhaps running your apps in Full Screen mode? When you open a new app in Full Screen mode, the other open app is automatically minimized.
I have 23H2 installed on a 7th Gen Intel CPU and am getting full support in terms of security updates and cumulative updates, but still another reason for me to avoid 24H2. I assume the same will be true for these CPUs. Dropping these CPUs from support probably has something to do with a forthcoming Copilot feature. I actually set a Group Policy setting to only allow Windows 11 - 23H2 and its updates to be installed. This, by definition, should prevent 24H2 from automatically being in
There should be a separate control within Start11 to change the taskbar accent color (the line under the programs).
I agree completely. I have brought this up before, but so far, nothing.
In my experience, if you are using the "Enhanced taskbar" and want the taskbar button indicator to be the Windows Accent color, you have to set "Use automatic color for the taskbar" to on. What you can then do, is "Apply a custom texture to the taskbar" and then use "Pick color" and "Adjust texture transparency" to set the taskbar color and transparency. Now use "Adjust taskbar transparency" to fine tune the overall transparency. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/69/28/6928565/

I use a Logitech MX Master 3S mouse and I have never experienced this issue, and I don't believe I've seen this issue in the forums before. My mouse is very quick and responds without hesitation. I use the LogiBolt receiver for connection. If I had to guess, I would say there is a conflict with a third-party software which is on both systems, or a bad install. On another note, if you like Orangutans, there is a show on Paramout+ called "Orangutan Jungle School" which is ve
This is normal though. In combined mode there is just one button so it uses the app or shortcut icon rather than the window as there could be many windows for one button and they could all have different icons like your explorer folders. In uncombined mode there is a 1:1 relationship between taskbar buttons and windows. So there is just one window icon and this is used as otherwise all your explorer windows wo
