I have updated to 1809 and the problem still exists with same limited work around. Double checked and no force point or websense installed. Any additional thoughts?

No, I have not yet updated to 1809, it previously worked in 1709.

Fences has worked with 1709 and desktop slide show, it stopped working with those latest windows updates.

Ver 1709 (OS Build 16299.846) This was the October release. Have not loaded 1809 yet.

I started getting issues after the latest Windows Update. (Running Windows 10 Version 1709) Fences would crash explorer and disable, any time I tried to renable, it would crash and disable.
