I also have the same issue, I have 2x Intel E5-2650 processes + 128GB Ram and a GeForce 1080Ti Graphics card Fences crashes my system pretty much. Even uninstalling it is difficult and takes a while. As soon as Fences installs, all the Desktop items can not be moved, and also, the system doesn't run properly.
