A failure! Did the purge and reinstall, rebooted several time and all was good. This morning on reboot, back to the original problem - up to ten time power off and restart.

Have installed Fences Version 3.09.11 on windows 10 (Oct 2018 update). All works well and enjoy the clutter free desktop. However I have trouble starting the computer each morning - this morning it took 10 goes at starting (killing power and them rebooting, the keyboard comes alive but both screens do not) When It does eventually start all icons are shown randomly for a few seconds then Fences kicks in and and all is right for the rest of the day Any Suggestions?
