Thanks for the response. Tried on a second machine and used a different email adddress. Might take a gamble and purchase a licence and try again.

I download the latest version of Start11 from the website. Completed the details for a trial but got an error -11 message. Tried a different email address but no joy and the software has never been installed on this W11 Pro device. Restarted and reinstalled but no difference. Does anyone have any experience in using the above in a XenApp environment that uses Machine Creation Services? I would be interested in hearing if there have been any issues in respect of the cloning and activating the licence etc. Any comments on how you prepared the Gold Image in respect of Star t8/10 would be useful.
