Unable to activate trial license - Error Code 11

I download the latest version of Start11 from the website.

Completed the details for a trial but got an error -11 message.

Tried a different email address but no joy and the software has never been installed on this W11 Pro device.

Restarted and reinstalled but no difference.

Anyone got any advice please?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you tried another system and see if it work or Perhaps you have done a trial before on the same system or same email address?

Thanks for the response.

Tried on a second machine and used a different email adddress.

Might take a gamble and purchase a licence and try again.
