I solved the Problem by creating a new Windows User that sends all the Crap to Mircroft. Then logged into new User and activated. Had to do wich Information i want to send to Microsoft.

Sometimes shortly when I open an App (this time Paint) this appears shortly and disapears again.

And I cant register my Fences 4 into my account because Fences 4 is no Option inside the register Process.

didnt helped only let my TV-Card not funktion anymore and other things is there no other way to register? can I reinstall SdDisplay?
