thanks, Looks like both are enabled, although my startup impact is Not measured for one and Medium for the other.

I just installed Fences 3.08 on Windows10. When logging on, my desktop takes forever to load with the new fences. Are there any settings that will correct this behavior? I had version 1.01.143 on Windows 7 and I never had this issue.
