The latest START11 update software is entirely inoperable and jams the computer in every way possible... The taskbar is unresponsible; only a portion is seen on the desktop; the right-click doesn't function; the settings menu does not populate, etc. No settings are usable. Worse, the Dell computer (windows 11) freezes because the Windows Start button freezes so no applications are accessible. The most recent START11 update 1.3.9.0 DOES NOT WORK. The TASKBAR BECOMES UNRESPOSNSIVE & DOES NOT SIZE CORRECTLY. MOST OTHER COMPUTING APPLICATIONS AND FUNCTIONALITY FAIL TO RESPOND TO COMMANDS. Stardock needs to immediately rework this upgrade.

START 11 does NOT work as designed ... Specifically, selecting any of the 'Start Menu' choices does not alter the Windows 11 start menu in any way -plus- selecting specific 'settings' does not either. This software requires a complete re-work. NRS.
