Will stardock reply about how to fix the bug? How can I speak directly with the support?

BASJ, We are using Fences Portal pointing to Network Folders. The Windows file is being locked for all users. 3 monitors for 2 users (soon will be 15 users) and the screens full of fences. Your tip will not help, but thanks.

Fences is locking forever the cache file "thumbs.db" on remote folders. So we can`t delete, move or rename the fold
