I bought the software two weeks ago and then when I tried to install and run Fences I got an Error that Fences had detected Explorer was not closed properly. This disabled Fences. It despite re-enabling and rebooting, I cannot get fences to work. Since it was a primary reason I both the desktop for my main machine, I submitted a support request, which I have not received any response to in over a week.
