Dear Stardock Support I have Start11 2.72 (licensed) installed successfully on my desktop PC but cannot install it on my HP Elite 2 G8 tablet. Microsoft Debug manager pops up (see photo). I've never seen this before when installing any software. Both machines are running 25H2 (OS Build 26200.8524) and both have MDM installed. I tried end Task from Task Manager but this didn't help. Can you please advise? Regards Trevor Rymell

Thank you, Sean, for the link. It took me a while to see it but the answer was there. Much obliged. Trevor
Dear Stardock Support When I view a Secondary PC on my Primary using KVM mode, it occupies the whole screen. Can you please tell me how I get it to display in a re-sizable window? I can't seem to find a setting that controls this. Thanks Trevor Rymell
Thanks for the reply. I assume you're referring to the "Control switching based on mouse movement" option. I've left all the boxes to do with "mouse switching" unchecked since I never explored what they do. Should some of these be checked? Other than the problem my wife is complaining about, all the mouse cursor movement between my Primary and two Secondaries on my desk in front of me seem to be fine. The wife's PC is a third Secondary and the only one I need to connect to
Mouse movements on my Primary PC cause erratic mouse movements on my Secondary even when I'm not connected via KVM. My wife uses the secondary PC but complains that her mouse cursor moves randomly when I move the mouse on the Primary - even though I'm not connected to the Secondary via KVM. I've tried removing and re-installing Multiplicity on both machines and accepted all default settings but this still happens. Can anyone suggest how to prevent this behav
I have been using Multiplicity 3.57 without problems on two PCs - a Primary and a Secondary both running Windows 11 21H2. I recently upgraded the Primary to 22H2 and Multiplicity ran perfectly. However, when I upgraded the Secondary to 22H2, the Primary can no longer communicate with the Secondary unless the Public Firewall is Off. Can anyone tell me why this is? All the FW settings are exactly as I had them before the update to 21H2 so I don't see what's changed. <
Sean, thank you. That worked just fine after I cranked it all the way to 200%. Now it's a manageable size. Sorry for not exploring the program enough to find that setting for myself! Trevor
Hi Can anyone tell me if there is a workaround for this. My Primary PC uses a 5K monitor (5120 x 2880) and I want to connect to a secondary PC using KVM. The secondary PC screen is only 1024 x 768 res so the screen images appear the size of a postage stamp on the Primary. Is there anyway to make the Secondary's screen images bigger without lowering the resolution of my Primary? I hope I've explained it clearly enough. Thanks Trevor
I have a Primary and 2 Secondaries running Multiplicity 3.44. I can Copy/Paste and Drag/Drop between Primary and Secondary 1 in both directions. I cannot Copy/Paste or Drag/Drop between Primary and Secondary 2 (in either direction). It seems something is not configured correctly on Secondary 2. On the chance it's a Windows Firewall setting I checked that all the allowed apps on Sec 2 were the same as in the list on Sec 1 and they are. Ca
I have Windows Defender Firewall turned off on both Primary and Secondary PCs but the result is the same - everything works as it should EXCEPT Copy/Paste from S to P.
New Information Apologies for not seeing this earlier. It turns out I can Copy/Paste from my Secondary to Primary but NOT from Primary to Secondary. I hope this narrows things down a bit. Since I most often Copy/Paste from Secondary to Primary, I am unable to say when this issue arose or whether it was caused by a previous MS update. Trevor
Yes, thank you, I need assistance. As I already said I disabled Windows Firewall so that's not an issue. Drag and Drop works fine. Only Copy/Paste wont work. Trevor
I am suddenly finding that I cannot Copy/Paste between my Primary Windows 10 machine and one of my two Secondary machines. I am able to Drag/Drop files ok and the mouse works normally. Everything works normally between my Primary and my other Windows 10 Secondary. My Primary PC is running Windows 10 1803 build 17134.376 and the Secondary PC having this issue is running Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 1809 build 18267.1001. Up to now I have had no issues with any MS updates t
Dear Stardock Can you suggest why multiplicity will often drop the connection between Primary and Secondary PC when the Secondary is idle for a few minutes? It quickly re-establishes the connection if I move the mouse about at the bottom of the screen on the Primary. It may be the way I've set my PCs up and not the fault of Multiplicity, of course. I see the normal dialogues telling me the connection had been Lost or reconnected. Primary PC is Windows 7 x 64 deskto
I'm using a Win 7 desktop as my Primary and have successfully connected a Win 10 desktop as a Secondary. Both machines are ethernet cabled to my router. I want to add another Secondary, a Win 10 wi-fi tablet but the primary cannot detect the tablet's ID ("HP-TABLET"). I have to use the tablet's IP address instead. This works fine but I would like to know what is preventing the Primary from detecting the device's machine name. I know it's some network config setting somewhe
