Thanks for getting back soon! I dont have a ticket number. I have sent lots of emails everywhere I can think find. If I need to start a ticket where do I do that. This has been extremely frustrating as I have bought products and received keycodes, downloaded and have been on my way with no issues. I dont understand why this experience has been so much worse. Weeks now of WTF. T
